Food of the gods...

Under the streaks of red lies a layer of toasted Panko, and under that rests the most delicious concoction ever known: Alton Brown's Stovetop Mac and Cheese.  To say that this is one of my favorites is an understatement, and that was even before my discovery of the rooster sauce.  That being said, Sriracha takes this to a whole new level that has resulted in my mind being convinced this is the way it was always mean to be.

Soft gooey yet sharp cheese, toasty crunch, and spice.  The only thing that makes it better is when it is re-heated the next day (with fresh applications of Panko and Sriracha of course).

I give this 10/10 somethings (still trying to figure out a unit for this rating).  Damnit...now I'm hungry.
